Description
The DZ161 MMA/TIG welder offers unparalleled welding characteristics and complies with the requirements of the globally recognized brand. Its INVERTER technology with IGBT control meets specifications intended for demanding professionals. This welding station has 3 functions for quality work:
- Arc force: allows you to obtain a more stable arc.
- Hot start: makes it easier to strike the electric arc.
- Anti-stick: automatically switches off the welding generator in the event of an electrode sticking to the material to be welded.
Equipped with temperature sensors, digital display on LCD screen on front panel, variable amperage control with digital meter for simultaneous display of welding current.
The CAT DZ 161 CATERPILLAR welding machine welds all rods with a diameter of 1.6 to 4.0 mm, rutile steel, stainless steel, cast iron, cellulose (6013 - 308 - 7018 - A5.15).
The TIG Lift Arc function of the DZ161 welding station guarantees you exceptional results for your welds on thin sheet metal such as bodywork or thin materials with perfect finishes and guaranteed sealing. Connects with a TIG LIFT torch with DINSE 25 connection (not supplied).
