The Bondloc BB63850 High Strength Retainer is an industrial-grade anaerobic adhesive engineered for maximum bonding power in structural assemblies. Ideal for locking cylindrical components under load—such as keys, splines, bearings, and tubes—it ensures a secure and lasting fit.
Built for Demanding Mechanical Applications
Formulated to deliver 31 N/mm² shear strength, this retainer adhesive holds fast even under vibration and stress. Its high viscosity (2,500cps) makes it perfect for press-fit components, filling gaps up to 0.2mm for strong, even contact.
Fast Curing with Broad Thermal Stability
With a fixture time of under 10 minutes, Bondloc BB63850 is both fast-acting and long-lasting. It performs reliably in extreme conditions, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +180°C—ideal for automotive, machinery, and structural uses.
