Description
This is Briggs & Stratton Fuel Additive. It is a petrol additive for all 4-stroke and 2-stroke engines. Prevents fuel deterioration during periods of non-use and generally aids engine efficiency. Essential for correct winter storage of mowers.
Comes in a twin neck bottle with a measuring chamber for accurate dosing.
* 250 ml bottle
* Treats 25 litres of fuel (E5)
* Recommended to use 25% extra when treating E10 fuel

Briggs & Stratton & E10 Fuel
You may all be aware by now of the introduction of E10 fuel into the UK. E10 fuel has been introduced by the UK government to help tackle climate change and reduce the carbon dioxide emissions. This type of fuel has been used by other countries around the world such as the US, Australia and some EU countries for a number of years.
Briggs & Stratton overhead-valve and side-valve engines can both use up to, and including 10% ethanol petrol. (E10)
Always use clean, fresh, unleaded petrol with an octane rating of at least 77 for side-valve engines or at least 85 for overhead-valve engines.
Buy fuel in quantities that can be used within 30 days. This will ensure that the fuel is always fresh and that the volatility of the fuel matches the season.
NOTE: We recommend NOT using petrol containing more than 10% ethanol (E10) blend and this MUST be removed from the engine before storage. Methanol-containing petrol must also NOT be used.
