Description
Description
SCRUBB Tile & Stone Sealer is an easy-to-use protector for all unglazed tiles and natural stone, such as terracotta, travertine, marble, limestone, brickwork and slate. It penetrates the surface and forms a clear protective barrier against water and oil based contaminants, preventing stains, making cleaning easier and preserving the original appearance of the tiling. Suitable for both interior and exterior tiled areas, it also provides a mild colour-enhancing effect, bringing out the natural colours and patterns of the material.
IDEAL USE CASES:
- Sealing natural stone surfaces: Protects porous stones like limestone, slate, and marble from staining and moisture penetration.
- Enhancing interior and exterior tiled areas: Adds a subtle colour-enhancing effect, bringing out the natural beauty of stone and unglazed tiles.
- Protecting floor and wall tiles: Makes surfaces easier to clean by repelling dirt, oil, and water.
- Restoring faded stonework: Ideal for revitalizing older stone surfaces by enhancing their natural appearance while adding protection.
BEST PRACTICE:
- Prepare surfaces before sealing: on newly installed tiles, a deep clean with SCRUBB Grout & Cement Film Remover ensures that grout haze and residues do not get sealed in.
- Avoid using on glazed or highly polished tiles – these surfaces will not absorb the sealer.
- Test on a small area first – to check for the desired level of enhancement and absorption.
