The Falcon Enigma is a great rigid all-terrain bike designed for the tarmac and also light offroad use.
With 26" wheels you get good ground coverage while they are still small enough to negotiate more technical obstacles with ease, and the fully rigid setup saves weight on suspension and also ensures your pedals get full power transfer.
Plenty of gears with Revoshift shifters, and reliable v-brakes to keep everything under control. The 26" wheel means many mountain bike tyres will fit, upto around 2.10" wide, if you want to take on more challenging terrain.
