Soft Handle
The two-hand control device and soft handle with lever lock function and lever ensure the user always has the cordless hedge trimmer safely under control. 

Compact & Ergonomic Design
The integrated battery cell means the tool is very well balanced. The HSA 45 is extremely easy to handle due to it's the lightweight and ergonomic design which creates plenty of room for manoeuvre.

Activation Key
The tool can only be used with the activation key. If the key is removed, the tool switches off to guard unintentional starting. 

Charger Cable
The HSA45 draws its power from the built-in 18V lithium-ion battery which is easily charged using the included charger cable.

Charge Level Indicator
A four LED display indicates the remaining charge time by pressing a button. Four LED lights, flash green or red to indicate the charging state or any problems also.

Quiet Technology
The Stihl Compact Cordless Range is so quiet that there is no reason to wear ear protection when using the machine.

Trimming System
The single-sided precision-ground and double-sided cutting blades produce a very clean cut when trimming hedges. The 33° cutting angle delivers excellent cutting performance. The blade teeth geometry allows cutting of twigs up to 8 mm thick.

Tip Protector With Hanging Eye
The tip protector protects the tip of the cutter bar against damage when working close to walls and the ground. The hedge trimmer tip protector is fitted with an integrated hanging eye for wall mounting.
