The Jefferson 4.0 x 350mm Welding Rods are designed to provide versatility and deep penetration for welding Carbon and C-Mn steels. These E6013 blue rutile coated electrodes deliver a smooth, stable arc with forceful, spray-type characteristics, resulting in high-quality welds. The thin slag is easy to remove, enhancing the efficiency of your welding tasks.

Versatile and Deep Penetration: The E6013 electrodes are versatile, providing deep penetration and suitable for welding Carbon and C-Mn steels with medium mechanical properties.
Smooth and Stable Arc: The coating produces a forceful, spray-type arc, ensuring smooth and stable welding performance.
Easy Slag Removal: The slag produced is thin and easily removable, improving post-weld cleaning and overall efficiency.
All Position Electrode: Suitable for all welding positions, including vertical down, making it ideal for a variety of welding tasks.
Soft Arc: The soft arc characteristics make these rods suitable for relatively thin plates and bridging wide gaps, enhancing their versatility.
Typical Applications: Ideal for vehicles, ship building and repair, sheet metal, build-up of over machined and worn mild steel surfaces, and general light fabrication.
