To avail of this warranty, it's essential to present the sales receipt confirming the purchase date from one of our authorized retailers. We reserve the right to evaluate whether to repair or replace the warranted part or item. Please note that damages resulting from improper use, wear and tear, incorrect assembly, failure to follow usage instructions, or any conditions not stemming from original defects are not covered by the warranty. In addition to the two-year warranty, we also provide service assistance on our products, assessing the possibility of intervention based on individual cases. For international markets, the regulations of the respective country apply. We encourage customers seeking assistance to contact the retailer where the purchase was made. They will then liaise with us to address any issues promptly. During the warranty period we will carry out warranty repairs free of charge. This is a return to store warranty
